Payments are securely processed through WooCommerce, which supports multiple convenient methods, including:

- Shipping and Delivery
We know how exciting it is to receive your favorite Albino and Preto pieces. Our goal is to deliver them safely and quickly. Delivery times depend on sourcing, authentication, and your location:
- Quick Window: 7–12 days – For local or readily available items.
- Standard Window: 7–20 days – For items sourced from resellers or wholesalers farther away, carefully authenticated.
- Extended Window: 15–45 days – For rare or international items, where extra care, customs, or carrier delays may add a few days.

- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We take responsibility for your satisfaction. Refunds are initiated only by BJJ Collection, ensuring fairness and maintaining our worldwide network. We do not profit from refunds; this is part of our commitment to fans.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
- Damaged or defective items are always eligible for return/exchange, and we cover return shipping.
- For exchanges, availability determines whether we can provide your requested item or issue a refund instead.

Product Authenticity, Specification Review & Minor Variation Policy
At BJJ Collection, our authenticity and specification review means every selected piece is carefully sourced, curated, prepared, and checked before dispatch. Unless clearly stated on the product page, this does not mean the item is sourced directly from Albino and Preto or supplied through an official channel. It means the product is reviewed against the listed Albino and preto product description and visible specifications, including fabric type, weave feel, patches, embroidery, labels, tags, size markings, stitching, colorway, construction details, and overall presentation where applicable.
Because rare, limited, hard-to-find, and specially curated BJJ gear requires time, sourcing effort, preparation, inspection, packing, international handling, and shipping costs, minor differences in tags, labels, packaging, stitching placement, patch alignment, shade, fabric feel, or finishing details do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or dispute once the order has entered our sourcing, curation, preparation, or dispatch process.
Our goal is to make sure each piece matches the described design and specifications as closely and accurately as possible, giving Albino and Preto lovers more authetic gi from BJJ COLLECTION. If there is a major issue, wrong item, or material difference from the listed product description, BJJ COLLECTION will review the case carefully under our store policy.
