   You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
   To ensure the integrity of every piece:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Damaged or defective items are always eligible for return or exchange.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
   If an item needs to be returned, contact us at info@bjjcollection.com with your order number, issue description, and, if applicable, photos or videos of the item. Our team will guide you personally through the process.
4. Return Shipping
   Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Please package your return carefully to avoid damage in transit.
5. Refunds
   Refunds are initiated only by BJJ Collection, because we take responsibility for your satisfaction. This approach ensures we don’t profit unfairly and can continue supporting our worldwide network of resellers and partners.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Allow up to 7 business days for processing; timing may vary by payment provider.

6. Exchanges
   To exchange for a different size, color, or style, contact info@bjjcollection.com. Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
7. Non-Returnable Items
   The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used items or items not in original condition
• Missing tags or packaging
• Customized or personalized pieces

8. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a description and photos/videos. We’ll take full responsibility, offer a return, exchange, or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
